Program Overview

From First Handshake to Full Performance

Skill Up is a live, in-person workshop in Phnom Penh that blends ESL communication techniques, behavioral psychology, and acting & performance coaching to build real social and business confidence in teens and young adults.

Students learn about networking, business acumen, leadership all while building thier confidence and self image. Each 90‑minute session builds directly on the last.

Lessons 1–5

Foundations

Students master the fundamentals of meeting people, introducing themselves, and pitching an idea.

Lesson 6

Transition

Students first step into a professional character.

Lessons 7–10

Embodied Leadership

Progressively longer skits, growing from 5 minutes to a 45‑minute capstone, as CEOs and senior leaders.

By the End of the Program

Students Will Be Able To

Introduce themselves and pitch their own story confidently to a stranger.

Initiate, and re-open, conversations without hesitation or awkwardness.

Build genuine rapport and carry a conversation beyond small talk.

Structure and deliver a persuasive pitch, and think on their feet under questions.

Manage rejection constructively and recover in the moment, rather than shutting down.

Understand leadership from the inside: how senior people carry themselves, decide, and negotiate under pressure, by having performed it themselves.
